The town of M\u00f6lln has systematically examined the need to renovate its school buildings. A comprehensive examination of all locations showed that it was not a question of individual measures, but of a structured overall program. The aim was to realistically prioritize the necessary investments and transfer them into clearly defined construction phases. <\/p>\n

TePm accompanied this process from the outset in a strategic role. We moderated the discussions in political bodies and committees, prepared the basis for decisions and supported the town in deriving concrete, feasible steps from a high overall volume. This resulted in phase 1 with the refurbishment of the roof and fa\u00e7ade of M\u00f6lln Community School. We have been responsible for traditional project management since the project was put into concrete terms, controlling deadlines, costs and coordination between planning, construction and the client. <\/p>\n

Implementation takes place during ongoing school operations and requires precise coordination of all those involved. Construction processes must be organized in such a way that lessons and everyday school life continue with as little disruption as possible. At the same time, the building envelope is being upgraded in terms of energy efficiency and structurally secured for the long term. <\/p>\n

With the start of construction work, the strategic overall view has become a concrete implementation project. The phased approach creates reliability in planning and implementation and enables the city to develop the school site step by step. <\/p>\n
