Is the glass half full or half empty? YAY asks another question: What if we just refill it? <\/p>\n

We are involved here pro bono because it is precisely this change of perspective that convinces us. YAY stands for an open, positive view of challenges and the courage to actively shape opportunities. At a time when social debates are often characterized by problems and contradictions, we believe this approach is particularly relevant. Don’t argue away, don’t talk down, but tackle and think ahead. <\/p>\n

In November 2025, we organized our own YAYday at our office. We’ll do it again in 2026. A day on which we deliberately worked differently: more open, faster, more curious. Ideas were not evaluated immediately, but thought through further. This gave rise to a special energy that is often missing in everyday life. <\/p>\n

For us, this is more than just a good format. It is an approach that fits perfectly with our work and, above all, must not be lost to our society. Projects and coexistence improve when people dare to see opportunities and develop them together. That is why we are intensifying our collaboration with the NDG in 2026 and are excited to see what comes of it. <\/p>\n
