Our
services

TePm supports infrastructure and building construction projects from the strategic idea through to implementation. Project management, consulting and moderation are interlinked and create the basis for viable decisions and reliable implementation.

Our services are geared towards what the project needs. This creates structures that provide orientation, decisions that are sustainable and cooperation that effectively drives projects forward.

01

Classic project management

TePm sees classic project management as an active management tool for complex infrastructure and building construction projects. On the basis of recognized standards, in particular according to AHO, a reliable organizational, scheduling and cost structure is created for your project.

Planning does not remain a rigid system. Deadlines, costs and risks are continuously monitored, updated and managed with a view to dependencies, critical paths and good decisions.

TePm works from the perspective of the project. Interests are brought together, decision-making processes are moderated and collaboration is designed in such a way that joint progress is possible. With clarity, proximity and trust, the project remains capable of acting and on course.

02

Agile project management

TePm uses agile project management wherever projects need dynamism and linear planning reaches its limits. Traditional management tools are combined with agile elements to ensure responsiveness and keep projects agile.

It all starts with a joint definition of objectives. A clear understanding of what is to be achieved and why creates orientation for everyone involved. Building on this, we focus on the actual bottlenecks in the project.

Digital task boards, lean jour fixe structures and transparent responsibilities support efficient collaboration. Unnecessary bureaucracy is avoided and documentation is focused on the essentials. In this way, projects remain capable of acting and can progress effectively even under changing conditions.

03

Strategic consulting

Strategic consulting supports clients wherever fundamental decisions need to be prepared for projects. It all starts with listening. TePm listens carefully to really understand the needs of the client and the requirements of the project. This makes it clear which values are to be created, which challenges can be addressed and where consulting really makes sense.

On this basis, TePm advises public and private clients on strategic issues, particularly in the context of complex infrastructure and transformation projects. Whether comparing variants, organizational models or financing structures, options are analysed, scenarios developed and their economic, political and operational viability evaluated. Technical feasibility is taken into account as well as governance structures, funding frameworks and long-term effects.

The results are prepared in a structured and comprehensible manner and serve as a reliable basis for decision-making for management, administrative bodies and political committees. TePm sees consulting as an exchange on an equal footing, open to thinking outside the box if it really helps the project.

04

Workshops & participation formats

Workshops and participation formats create spaces in which projects can be thought through and further developed together and in which complexity becomes understandable. TePm designs and moderates workshops, participation processes and strategic work formats for project teams, organizations and external stakeholders.

Whether it’s a new project start, risk workshop, portfolio planning or citizen participation, structured dialog formats bring people together and make different perspectives visible. Open and approachable moderation creates a working environment in which participants can contribute, think and actively work on solutions.

This creates formats that are efficiently structured and at the same time leave room for exchange, co-creation and new ideas. On this basis, viable perspectives and decisions are developed that are supported by those involved.

05

Feasibility studies

Feasibility studies help clients to examine projects at an early stage and create a reliable basis for further decisions. TePm analyses the technical, economic, organizational and legal feasibility of projects before major investments are made.

This is not just about individual aspects, but about the interplay between technology, financing, stakeholder structure and regulatory framework conditions. Funding opportunities and long-term sustainability are considered from the outset, always with a view to what a project really needs in order to develop in line with requirements.

The results are presented in a structured and comprehensible manner and lead to a clear recommendation with a transparent derivation. This creates a basis for decision-making that provides orientation and prepares the way forward for the project with clarity, proximity and trust.

06

Procurement management

Procurement management supports clients in implementing procurement procedures in a legally secure, economical and strategic manner. TePm accompanies and manages procedures from preparation to the documented award of contract, both within the national framework and in EU-wide procedures.

A suitable award strategy for the respective project is developed together. Service descriptions are precisely formulated, evaluation systems are set up transparently and bid evaluations are carried out in a structured manner. The documentation is complete and comprehensible.

This results in award decisions that are not only formally correct, but also economically viable and sensible for the project. With clarity, proximity and trust, the process remains comprehensible and reliably controlled for all parties involved.

07

Funding management

At TePm, funding management begins with a look at the financing prospects of a project. TePm identifies suitable funding programs at state, federal and EU level and supports the application process from the initial idea to the full application.

Funding is not a downstream component, but part of the project strategy. Funding requirements are incorporated into the project structure at an early stage, outflows of funds are planned realistically and reporting and verification processes are reliably monitored. Funding providers see TePm as an important and profitable part of the project team and work together in a transparent and constructive manner.

Particularly in the case of municipal infrastructure projects, strategic funding management helps to relieve the pressure on budgets, ensure that procedures are secure and make projects financially viable in the first place. This creates a solid basis for reliable and manageable project implementation.

08

Client representation

For TePm, client representation means consistently representing the client’s interests in the project while keeping an eye on the overall project. As a coordinating and controlling body, TePm brings together the various parties involved and ensures that decisions can be prepared, agreed and implemented.

TePm represents the interests of the client vis-à-vis planners, contractors, authorities and other project participants. Communication is structured, decision-making processes are prepared and costs and deadlines are continuously monitored. This also includes contract and supplementary management as well as the preparation of committee decisions.

TePm consciously works from the perspective of the project and is committed to ensuring that the project runs smoothly. Cooperation is based on partnership, sensitive in dealing with different interests and always with the aim of bringing people and perspectives together. Clarity, proximity and trust create a working framework in which projects can progress together. We TeAManage that.
