projects

For the inland port of Helgoland, TePm is responsible for project management and funding management for several interlinked measures to technically upgrade and secure the port in the long term. We structure the implementation, coordinate the parties involved and bring the individual measures together in such a way that they become coherent and reliably effective in the project context.

We support the municipality of Heligoland in the construction of housing and swimming pools as well as in the development of innovative tourism concepts, development plan procedures and public participation.

TransHyDE is one of the three hydrogen flagship projects of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and supports the goals of the National Hydrogen Strategy, which was adopted by the German government in 2020.

We are supporting the city of Ratzeburg as project managers in the project to rebuild and expand the rowing academy on Lake Ratzeburg.

Heligoland has been working for many years to defossilize its oil-based heat supply and reduce its CO2 footprint. This is now to be achieved with heat from green hydrogen.
