As the current capacities of the rowing academy are no longer sufficient for the planned use, there is an urgent need to adapt the building and structure of all areas. In an extensive modernization, conversion and extension project, the rowing academy is now to be given a new look and adapted to the standards of modern high-performance sport.
The conversion, modernization and expansion work began in summer 2021 and will affect the following areas: sports boarding school, sports medical diagnostics, administration and training, catering, technical equipment, the boat halls and training rooms as well as the outdoor facilities. TePM has been commissioned as project manager for the conversion and modernization work. The most important aspect of this project is the multi-funding management.
