Our mission:
Because the path determines which values are created, we create clarity, proximity and trust. That’s why everyone involved in the project says and feels: We TeAmanage it.
What sets us apart is the effect we have on our clients. Projects become good when the way to get there is right. When collaboration works, decisions are clearly prepared and different perspectives are brought together. This is exactly what our TeAmwork stands for. It creates the basis for viable solutions and a common understanding in the project.
To ensure that we reliably achieve this quality, we continuously develop our working methods. External input, exchanges with experts and clear target systems such as OKRs help us to stay focused, set priorities correctly and keep projects manageable. This creates clarity, closeness and trust in everyday project work.
At the same time, we remain open to new ideas and perspectives. We support young start-ups and are involved in exchanges with pupils and students. This allows us to pick up on ideas early on and incorporate them into our projects.
The result is a collaboration that provides orientation, creates trust and moves projects forward safely. We TeAmanage that.

Our vision
Everyone has the infrastructure they need for a fulfilling life, because this can be (re)created as required at any time – without conflicts, worries or problems.
Our mission
Because the path determines which values are created, we create clarity, proximity and trust. That’s why everyone involved in the project says and feels: We TeAManage it.
The company
Today, we are a team of 17 people with different backgrounds, perspectives and strengths. What unites us is the aspiration not only to manage projects, but also to consciously shape collaboration and take responsibility.
As we have grown, we have also developed our organization. Structures, roles and responsibilities are clearly structured and designed to grow with us. This provides orientation in everyday life, enables us to make good decisions and keeps us capable of acting as a team.
At the same time, what has defined us from the very beginning remains important to us: Closeness, trust and genuine cooperation. We work together in a binding manner, address things openly and actively contribute our different perspectives.
The result is an organization that is stable enough to safely manage complex projects and at the same time flexible enough to develop further.
This includes expertise in the areas of:
- Infrastructure/port construction
- Hydrogen infrastructure
- Building construction
- Civil engineering and road construction
- Tenders and contract awards (EU/D)
- Funding management
- Invoice management and controlling
- Coordination of explosive ordnance clearance measures
- Building law
- Press and public relations

We are also particularly keen to inspire and develop young people for project management in the construction industry. In addition to working with our student trainees, we also support student projects and master’s theses, for example on Helgoland or in Hildesheim. In 2023, we also supported a LEAN workshop for civil engineering students at the University of Hildesheim for the second year in a row.
Our values form the basis for sustainable corporate growth that puts people first.

Christoph Tewis
Founder / Managing Director / Management Team
I am driven by the desire to bring the future to life – not in theory, but visibly in the everyday lives of projects and people. As the founder and managing director of TePM, I create clarity and structures that enable trust and develop impact. My goal: to turn ideas into reality that lasts.

Kim Marie Herr
Authorized signatory, Teamlead Office Organization and IT, People & Culture
I like to talk – and I talk a lot. Communication is the key for me: for trust, good cooperation and real team spirit. Whether as a manager or in projects – it is important to me that people feel understood and pull together.

Jan Berschneider
Authorized signatory, Teamlead Infrastructure, Islands and Process Optimization
In music, I look for both: a clear direction and the right feeling. This balance also characterizes my leadership and project work – strategically clear and at the same time human in the right tone.

Derya Noack
Teamlead Communication and Brand, Management Consultant
Lightness and purpose – that’s the mix that counts for me. When fun and support are a matter of course in a team, flow is created. And flow means: we laugh, we work in a modern way and we really get things moving.

Simon Kreft
Teamlead structural engineering
I enjoy working in places where people come together to create something valuable. For me, the focus is on ensuring that projects succeed through openness, trust and cooperation.

Alexander Krensel
Project manager
There is a solution for every problem. I prefer to find them together as a team – step by step and with a clear goal in mind.

Kristina Lehmann
Project manager
What I like about my work is that friendship and team spirit are simply part of it. It’s nice that we’re also there for each other after work – for example, when Axel is at the barbecue for us.

Dominik Koopmann
Project controlling / IT
Whether invoices, IT or office organization – I make sure that everything runs smoothly in the background. Structure, reliability and an open ear for the many small issues in everyday office life are part of my job.

Rustam Nurmatov
Project manager
For me, projects are like a journey: We start with orientation, navigate curves and obstacles and celebrate every milestone we reach. Arriving together makes all the difference.

Saskia Fleischer
Project manager
It is important to me to understand before I evaluate. I like working with people who see it the same way – when ideas grow, we complement each other and work is more than just a result.

Simon Prostka
Project Manager / Funding / IT
For me, project management is the linking of costs, deadlines and quality with the aim of getting the best out of the project. And often, obtaining suitable funding is the key to making the project possible in the first place.

Stefanie Faecks
Management Assistant / Project Assistant
I am a deadline juggler, communication bridge and creative mind – in the office and at home. I think changing and rethinking things is great. It moves us forward and could be THE hit.

Adrian Schinkel
Project manager
I don’t just want to make plans, I want to leave my mark. I listen, have an open ear for people and keep my head clear for solutions.

Berit Sliwinski
Project manager
I am interested in what gets projects moving, professionally, personally and strategically. I love exploring perspectives and developing viable solutions from initial ideas that are good for people and the environment.

Shahin Shikh Mohamed
Master student
I am enthusiastic about project management because you can learn new things every day and develop yourself further. At TePm, I experience an environment in which specialist knowledge, team spirit and friendly cooperation come together. That’s what makes work valuable for me.

Sarah Hansch
Project manager and master student
For me, success in a project starts with the little things: a good coffee, a genuine smile in a team meeting. That’s when I know – the day can be something.

Reza Delikhoun
Master student
What motivates me as a working student at TePM is that I can actively contribute to the implementation of real projects – not just theory, but tangible results. With curiosity and a clear plan, I want to become an all-rounder step by step.

Aisa
Aisa
Office vacuum cleaner M. Sc.
I rush into the office enthusiastically in the morning, run around between all the desks and enjoy every hand that caresses me. In between, a game in the hallway, later a nap in the armchair – that’s what makes work fun.
