The AquaVentus Förderverein organizes the annual Aqua Summit as a central meeting of the hydrogen community. For the event in Hamburg, we were looking for a professional partner with both local expertise and reliable project and event management skills. The aim was to bring together around 100 participants in a sophisticated setting, facilitate professional exchange and make Hamburg a relevant location for the hydrogen economy
TePm initially took on the conception and organization of the evening event. As the project progressed, our tasks expanded to include the overall coordination of the event. We planned and managed locations, catering, logistics and participant management, coordinated programme items, looked after speakers, organized press relations and designed the supporting programme.
The coordination of several venues with different groups of participants and the precise timing of all program items was particularly challenging. Added to this was the close cooperation with various service providers on site. The summit was deliberately not intended to be a standard format, but to offer a special experience that suited the hydrogen community in terms of content and atmosphere.
The Aqua Summit was successfully held in Hamburg. The participants experienced a technically sound program, intensive networking and a concise setting with a clear reference to the location. The result was an event that strengthens exchange, creates visibility and is memorable.
